FYI~ Subject: Free parent education workshops this fall Dear Early Childhood Community, Our next workshop is: Nurturing Through Nature: Fostering Young Children’s Development Through Outdoor Play with Lisa Guerrero, M.Ed. Here is a brief synopsis: Frequent, spontaneous play in natural settings is not only fun, it also provides perfect support for all domains of child development: physical, social/emotional, creative, intellectual and spiritual. This workshop will help participants better understand the value of getting kids outside and introduce simple ways adults can create meaningful outdoor experiences for the children in their lives.
